Logging On

Enter the log in ID. This will begin with a letter. Enter your one-time password. You will be prompted to change your password after logging on.

Security

The first time you access your accounts online, we will ask you to choose and answer three Personal Verification Questions. During future online sessions, we will ask you some of these questions if we feel there is a possibility that someone other than you is attempting to access your information. Note: You will not be asked security questions every time you log into NetTeller.

Personal

Update email address Update ID Change Password

Account

Change account pseudo names (nicknames). Edit order in which accounts are displayed.

Display

Edit number of accounts displayed per page. Edit number of transactions displayed by default.

Viewing Transactions

Select Transactions from the drop-down menu next to an account. 30 days of Transaction History is available. Choose number of Transactions Displayed Sort Columns to Customize View Switch Between Accounts To change the transactions view from newest to oldest, click on the arrow next to Date. To view a check, click on the check for an image of the front and back. Back to top

Transferring Funds

Select Transfers from the drop-down menu. Select the From and To accounts from the drop-down menus. Enter the Transfer Amount, Frequency and Date of the Transfer. Click Submit to complete the transfer. A funds transfer from one account to a loan is one option for making a payment to a Meridian Trust loan. Transfers can be set up as a one-time occurrence, weekly, biweekly, semi-monthly or monthly.

Pending and Completed Transfers

Select Pending Transfers to view, edit or delete a scheduled transfer. Transfer History lists completed transfers.

Transaction Download

Select Download from the drop-down menu next to an account. Choose Download Range and Format, then click Submit. Transaction history may be downloaded into Quicken, QuickBooks, Personal Finance, Spreadsheet or Word Processing.

Stop Payments

Select Stop Payments from the drop-down menu next to an account. Complete the required fields and click Submit. Your checking account will be charged $25.00 for each stop payment. The stop payment is valid for 14 days until your signed stop payment request is received at the credit union. Stop payments may only be placed on checks, not electronic funds transfers, debit or ACH transactions.

Transfer to Other Meridian Trust Accounts

To transfer funds to a Meridian Trust account of another member you will need their name, account number, type of account (001-savings, 009-checking...), the member’s last name, share or loan, and amount to transfer. Back to top

Block Debit and Credit Cards

Should your cards be lost or stolen, log on to NetTeller, select the Options tab, then ATM/Debit Card. Look for the card(s) you wish to block, then check the Block box.

eStatements

Get your statement quickly and securely with eStatements. Electronic statements may be saved on your personal computer for quick access, or get 12 months of electronic statements history through NetTeller. Sign up today by clicking on the eStatement tab.
