  • First mortgages are offered as 10 to 30 years terms with a fixed rate. Adjustable rate mortgages and refinancing options available.
  • Mini and second mortgages are available up to 12 years.
  • Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC) Variable rate is adjusted quarterly with the Prime Rate published in the Wall Street Journal.

Reverse Mortgages
Meridian Trust is proud to announce that it has partnered with 1st Reverse Mortgage USA to bring our members the option of a reverse mortgage. A reverse mortgage is a government-insured loan program that allows senior homeowners to convert a portion of the equity in their homes into usable cash. The concept is simple: You have spent years building equity in your home by paying off or paying down your mortgage, and through the appreciation in your home’s value. A reverse mortgage simply allows you to withdraw a portion of that equity and use it any way that you like. Stay in your home for as long as you like, and when you are ready to sell your home or you have passed away, the loan is repaid.
